Job Duties
- Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures
- Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels, pricing, and quality control
- Manage and coordinate catering services for events and functions
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage services
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and promote the food and beverage products
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with suppliers and vendors
- Manage and oversee staff to ensure efficient operation of food and beverage services
- Train and supervise food and beverage staff in customer service, safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profits
- Monitor liquor costs and establish limits to control spending
- Work with the executive chef to create menus and manage food costs
