Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement food and beverage policies and procedures
  • Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Monitor and maintain food and beverage inventory levels, pricing, and quality control
  • Manage and coordinate catering services for events and functions
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverage services
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and promote the food and beverage products
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with suppliers and vendors
  • Manage and oversee staff to ensure efficient operation of food and beverage services
  • Train and supervise food and beverage staff in customer service, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profits
  • Monitor liquor costs and establish limits to control spending
  • Work with the executive chef to create menus and manage food costs
