- Lead the charge in recruiting interviewing and training new talent to maintain a high-performing team
- Mentor hourly team members to help them reach their next career milestone
- Maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to security protocols and health department regulations
- Handle guest feedback with grace turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
- Master the menu and prep standards to ensure every Bloomin' Onion and steak is served perfectly
- Represent the Outback brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts
