Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record in budget management and financial controls
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be TIPS/Food Safety certified or willing to obtain certification
- Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine inventory management
- Ability to recruit, train, and supervise a diverse team

Job Duties
- Manage departmental financial performance by adhering to budgets, monitoring payroll, and controlling supply expenses
- Manage beverage operations including monthly inventory, liquor/beer/wine controls, par levels, and enforcement of storage and requisition policies
- Lead pre-shift meetings and daily reviews with staff and management
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, appraise, and discipline staff according to hotel policies and laws
- Provide ongoing leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and development to maintain service standards
- Prepare and post staff schedules aligned with business needs while maintaining efficiency and labor controls
- Oversee departmental training programs ensuring safety certifications and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate group reservations, banquets, bar and restaurant operations, and food and beverage events
- Maintain control and accountability of uniforms, equipment, and operating supplies
- Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with departmental policies, service procedures, 4 Keys service standards, brand guidelines, and safety and security procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
