Job Duties

- Determine expected food consumption to requisition or procure necessary food items
- Pick out and improve dish concepts and harmonize production processes to ensure consistent quality
- Establish presentation techniques and quality standards and plan and price menus
- Maintain equipment to ensure effective and efficient operation
- Guarantee a safe and hygienic kitchen environment by following safety and sanitation standards
