Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
- minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
- proven experience managing front-of-house operations in a hospitality setting
- flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong understanding of member-focused service delivery
- ability to lead and mentor diverse teams
- proficiency with POS and reservation systems

Job Duties
- Oversee daily front-of-house dining and beverage operations to ensure exceptional member service
- train, schedule, supervise, and develop FOH and bar staff while enforcing service standards and appearance policies
- create, maintain, and enforce front-of-house SOPs
- lead daily pre-shift meetings and ensure policy compliance
- coordinate communication between front- and back-of-house teams for seamless service execution
- partner with clubhouse and culinary leadership on club events and private functions
- manage reservations, POS systems, revenue controls, and accurate financial reporting
