Job Duties
- manage daily operations of food and beverage outlet
- supervise, train, and discipline bistro associates
- maintain food, beverage, and labor costs
- schedule associates based on hotel occupancy
- order and manage inventories
- ensure compliance with state, local, and company regulations
- conduct menu cost analysis and pricing
- work during line shifts to support labor and cost control
