Job Requirements
- Prior management experience in restaurants required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
- Availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to follow safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to navigate throughout the restaurant and kitchen

Job Duties
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
- Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Visually inspect and maintain appealing facility appearance
- Handle customer interactions with patience, tact and diplomacy
- Ensure all equipment is in working order
- Participate in marketing efforts of the restaurants
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
- Document inventory and forecast usage to maintain adequate stock
- Abide by regulations for serving alcoholic beverages
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
