Job Requirements

  • Prior management experience in restaurants required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
  • Availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to navigate throughout the restaurant and kitchen

  • Prior management experience in restaurants
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and standards
  • Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer feedback diplomatically

Job Duties

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
  • Visually inspect and maintain appealing facility appearance
  • Handle customer interactions with patience, tact and diplomacy
  • Ensure all equipment is in working order
  • Participate in marketing efforts of the restaurants
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
  • Document inventory and forecast usage to maintain adequate stock
  • Abide by regulations for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
  • Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
