Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
  • Valid alcohol service certification if required by local law

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in food industry management with a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Proven supervising experience with team management skills that motivate staff and promote teamwork
  • Proficiency in POS systems for sales transactions and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols food handling procedures and sanitation standards
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to manage inventory control effectively to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Experience with shift management budgeting training and development and food production processes
  • Culinary experience including food preparation cooking techniques and kitchen management skills
  • Familiarity with casual dining fine dining catering bar operations banquet events and hotel or hospitality environments
  • Leadership qualities that include interviewing potential staff members and providing ongoing training and development opportunities

Job Duties

  • Lead all front-of-house F&B operations including restaurant bar breakfast and banquet service
  • Recruit train schedule and supervise FOH team members
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure consistent guest experiences
  • Manage liquor cost inventory ordering and controls
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Oversee service execution for events groups and banquets
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost containment
  • Address guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
