Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • A minimum of one year in a restaurant leadership role
  • Availability to work a diverse schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Prior experience managing full-service environments and bar operations (preferred)
  • Current food safety certification (preferred)
  • Proficiency with basic office software
  • Willingness to relocate within the region (preferred)

  • Maintain a safe environment through strict adherence to security protocols and health department regulations
  • Handle guest feedback with grace, turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
  • Master the menu and prep standards to ensure every Bloomin' Onion and steak is served perfectly
  • Represent the Outback brand within the local community through marketing and engagement efforts
