Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time hours including 5:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm shifts
- Positive growth mindset and strong personal accountability
- Capable of coaching and developing team members
- Willingness to perform disciplinary actions when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more people in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Commitment to Chick-fil-A values including guest first, continuous learning, and teamwork
Job Duties
- Communicate with and support other leaders on shift
- Ensure systems and processes are followed throughout the restaurant
- Assign team members to positions and run breaks
- Coach and encourage team members
- Perform disciplinary procedures when Chick-fil-A standards are not met
- Attend weekly leader meetings to provide feedback and collaborate to identify and solve problems
