Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Proficiency in applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and develop business plans
- Experience in employee coaching and performance management
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage or culinary professional area
- Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field with 2 years of professional experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in food and beverage laws and regulations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement business plans and manage budgets effectively
- Experience in managing and motivating a diverse team
- Capability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints efficiently
Job Duties
- Develop and manage all financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for food and beverage departments
- Maintain a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations
- Oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service operations
- Manage and supervise food and beverage employees ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to guest concerns
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
- Develop specific departmental goals and plans to organize and accomplish work effectively
