Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three years management experience in casual dining or high-volume food and beverage outlets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Strong statistical and cost-benefit analysis skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid TAM and Health work cards
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously indoors more than 75% of the time
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, bend and kneel up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to use chemical agents and wear protective equipment less than 25% of the time
  • Capable of lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds frequently
  • Ability to work in smoky, noisy environments and hot or cold temperatures
  • Good hearing, vision, speech, and literacy skills

Job Qualifications

  • Three years management experience in casual dining or high-volume food and beverage outlets
  • Excellent written, verbal and group presentation communication skills
  • Effective leadership, program planning, decision making, staff development, statistical reporting, and cost-benefit analysis skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred
  • Valid TAM and Health work cards

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, schedule, develop, and discipline management and line staff to maintain standards
  • Oversee standards of service and address when not met
  • Monitor staff to ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest concerns or complaints
  • Evaluate processes and procedures for efficiency and service improvements
  • Review financial reports including profit and loss statements and payroll to meet budget requirements
  • Ensure management staff follow company policies and culinary contract guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of the restaurants and equipment
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
