Job Requirements
- Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment
- bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field
- minimum 2 years as a dining room supervisor
- at least 1 year of host experience and 2 years of server experience
- ability to lead and develop staff effectively
- knowledge of financial management and budget preparation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to implement and maintain operational standards and HR compliance

Job Duties
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the restaurant that align with company objectives
- prepare, manage, and monitor the annual budget
- evaluate restaurant performance through customer satisfaction systems and financial reporting, taking corrective action as needed
- maintain high product and service quality standards through regular evaluations and issue resolution
- implement and sustain sales and marketing programs to drive revenue growth
- establish and maintain proactive HR practices, including employee motivation, training, development, and compliance with wage, benefit, and labor regulations
- oversee preventative maintenance programs to safeguard physical assets
- maintain security practices to protect restaurant assets and ensure safety of employees and guests
- foster effective two-way communication across all levels of staff
- develop and implement new initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- perform other duties as assigned
