Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related hospitality role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication abilities in English
- Basic math competency
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Physical ability to move throughout food and beverage areas
- Computer literacy with experience in management software
- Availability to comply with attendance rules and work regularly

- Ability to communicate effectively in English

- Ability to observe and distinguish product quality by smell, taste, and appearance
Job Duties
- Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication, recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet daily operational needs
- Clearly describe, assign, and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of various food and beverage sub-departments including room service, restaurants, banquets, kitchens, stewarding
- Develop, implement and monitor schedules for all food and beverage sub-departments to achieve profitable results
- Participate in menu creation designed to attract target customer markets
- Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs according to Crescent standards
- Comply with state, federal and corporate requirements related to alcoholic beverage service
- Assist managers in achieving profit objectives and maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion standards
