- five years of related experience in hotel operations
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- significant attention to detail
- complete understanding of NOI profitability and budget goals
- knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
- computer skills required, experience with hotel information systems preferred

Job Duties
- Monitor industry trends, update cocktail lists and menus as necessary
- prepare and monitor food and beverage budget
- work with General Manager on food and beverage issues
- coordinate and monitor loss prevention
- prepare and submit reports timely
- organize and conduct department meetings regularly
- ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations
- ensure training and SOP compliance
- interview and hire front-of-house staff
- conduct and attend required meetings
- provide tools for exceptional dining experience
- develop employee engagement strategies
- maintain product consistency through inspections
