Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or resort
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of inventory management and ordering
  • ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • experience with Marriott food and beverage management preferred
  • Micros Symphony experience is a plus

  • ServSafe certification is a plus (required completion within 90 days if not certified)

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
  • oversee budget management for food and beverage departments
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • develop and update menus in collaboration with culinary teams
  • manage inventory and ordering procedures
  • lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
