Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or resort
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of inventory management and ordering
- ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- experience with Marriott food and beverage management preferred
- Micros Symphony experience is a plus
