Job Duties
- Monitor industry trends and update menu items and cocktail lists as necessary
- Prepare the food and beverage budget and monitor department performance
- Coordinate with the General Manager and communicate food and beverage issues
- Supervise loss prevention efforts in the food and beverage department
- Organize and conduct regular department meetings
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and health regulations
- Interview and hire front-of-house food and beverage staff
