Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Leadership experience in food service or retail environments preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team

Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs
  • Drive food service sales and hit performance goals
  • Monitor trends and create action plans
  • Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing
  • Deliver training for Customer Service Associates
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep
