Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs
- Drive food service sales and hit performance goals
- Monitor trends and create action plans
- Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing
- Deliver training for Customer Service Associates
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep
