  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in problem solving to drive results, boost sales, and streamline operations

Job Duties

  • Take ownership of food and beverage programs including fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
  • Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with focus on quality and consistency
  • Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to create action plans to optimize results
  • Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency and motivate outstanding customer service
  • Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting food service area meeting all health and safety standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep to support smooth and efficient operations
