Job Requirements

  • Must have or be willing to obtain Certified Food Protection Manager certificate
  • Previous experience in food and beverage industry or equivalent
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

Job Qualifications

  • Previous history in the food and beverage industry or equivalent experience

  • Certified Food Protection Manager certificate or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • Oversee the entire Food Service department including dining hall associates, dishwashers, donut makers, kitchen staff and supply chain manager
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high food quality standards
  • Implement waste reduction and cost control measures
  • Train, manage, counsel and develop food and beverage staff
  • Lead operations during peak days and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests, employees and the public
  • Collaborate with management and support personnel to coordinate operations
