Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of post-high school education
- Two plus years of full employment in a related position
- Hotel experience preferred
- Must have thorough knowledge of restaurant and hotel practices and procedures
- Ability to investigate and analyze situations to make logical conclusions
- Ability to make decisions guided by policies and procedures
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Must be able to comply with attendance requirements

Job Duties
- Direct the day-to-day operations of banquet events, restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods
- Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations
- Manage the human resources in the various outlets in order to attract, retain and motivate the associates
- Interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel staff
- Conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination as appropriate
- Implement company programs and manage operations to ensure compliance with LSOPs, SOPs, safety regulations and legal requirements
- Forecast, implement, monitor, control and report on banquet and outlet budgets including labor, food, beverage, supplies and equipment costs
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure quality experiences
- Create, recommend, and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations to attract guests and increase local market share
- Monitor and control maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas and equipment
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
