Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check including credit history
- ServeSafe certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional attitude and appearance

Job Duties
- Oversee development, delivery, review, execution, and fulfillment of proposals and contracts for food and beverage events
- Strategically plan and develop menus, menu prices, inventory control, point of sale systems, and revenue streams
- Communicate with event teams regarding deadlines, floor plans, room specifications, and insurance
- Ensure execution of all food and beverage operations in line with banquet event orders and contractual obligations
- Manage part-time, contracted staff and guest services in concessions and catering
- Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure operational readiness
- Order and maintain weekly/monthly inventory for concessions and catering
- Monitor in-house events maintaining close contact with clients and staff
- Coordinate meetings and activities with kitchen, catering staff, and service contractors
- Attend planning, organizational, event and facility meetings focused on food and beverage elements
- Direct and ensure staff adhere to cleaning techniques to pass health inspections
- Manage cash and credit card handling according to policy
- Prepare and maintain records for event planning, cost estimates, billing and service orders
- Implement and operate integrated point of sale systems and run financial reports
- Design and assist implementation of digital content for venue display systems
- Act as Department Manager or Manager on Duty for events as needed
- Assist Director of Food & Beverage with cost analysis and reporting
- Handle cash and check transactions and balance accounts
- Oversee payroll and maintain labor costs
- Perform other duties as assigned
