- food safety manager certification

Job Duties
- oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, banquet, lounge/bar, and in-room dining areas
- inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse food and beverage team
- ensure exceptional service delivery that aligns with Marriott and Westin brand standards
- plan and execute large-scale banquet functions and special events
- monitor and maintain compliance with food safety regulations
- coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences
- analyze operational performance and implement improvements
