Job Requirements

  • five years of progressive hotel food and beverage leadership experience
  • food safety manager certification
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to read, write and speak English
  • prior marriott experience preferred
  • toast POS experience preferred

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurant, banquet, lounge/bar, and in-room dining areas
  • inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse food and beverage team
  • ensure exceptional service delivery that aligns with Marriott and Westin brand standards
  • plan and execute large-scale banquet functions and special events
  • monitor and maintain compliance with food safety regulations
  • coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences
  • analyze operational performance and implement improvements
