Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 2 years of food and beverage management experience in a luxury hotel
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
- Knowledge of health department rules and regulations
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations
Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and employees
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet
- Supervise outlet personnel
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner
- Work with other food and beverage managers and keep them informed of issues
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or matters requiring attention
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of loss prevention
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
