Job Qualifications
- several years of experience in hotel restaurants
- experience in Michelin Star or James Beard Award-winning restaurants is preferred
- strong leadership skills with history of managing large teams
- superior time management and organizational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- advanced knowledge of food, beverage, and luxury service
- demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
- passion for the business side of food and beverage management
Job Duties
- manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
- complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
- support staff by assisting servers, running food, and bussing tables during busy periods
- manage and inspire staff to provide exceptional guest service
- ensure guests have memorable experiences and depart with smiles
- maintain financial performance and operational standards
- train and develop team members to deliver luxury service
