Job Qualifications

  • several years of experience in hotel restaurants
  • experience in Michelin Star or James Beard Award-winning restaurants is preferred
  • strong leadership skills with history of managing large teams
  • superior time management and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • advanced knowledge of food, beverage, and luxury service
  • demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
  • passion for the business side of food and beverage management

Job Duties

  • manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
  • complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
  • support staff by assisting servers, running food, and bussing tables during busy periods
  • manage and inspire staff to provide exceptional guest service
  • ensure guests have memorable experiences and depart with smiles
  • maintain financial performance and operational standards
  • train and develop team members to deliver luxury service
