Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- experience working in a unionized hotel environment
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

- proven experience in food and beverage management within a luxury hotel environment
- strong knowledge of unionized work environments and labor agreements
- excellent leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- oversee all food and beverage operations including outlets, in-room dining, and banquet services
- ensure compliance with union contracts and health and safety regulations
- maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures
- develop and execute strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency
