Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years food and beverage management experience in a hospitality environment
- Experience working in a unionized hotel setting
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Proficient in food and beverage management software

Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate all food and beverage operations including multiple outlets and banquet services
- Ensure compliance with union contracts and health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance to meet profitability goals
- Develop and train team members to uphold brand standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain for food and beverage operations
