Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage or related field preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in Food and Beverage management
- excellent customer service skills

- strong financial and cost accounting knowledge

Job Duties
- Oversee development, delivery, review, execution, and fulfillment of proposals/contracts for concessions and catering events
- strategic planning and development of menus, menu prices, inventory control, point of sale systems, revenue streams, new business opportunities, and guest experiences
- communicate with events for status of deadline schedules including floor plans, room specifications, insurance, and other details
- review and work with staff to ensure execution of all food and beverage operations through banquet event orders and contractual obligations
- manage part-time staff, contracted staff, and guests in concessions and catering areas
- inspect equipment and facilities to report deficiencies and ensure operational readiness
- order and maintain weekly/monthly inventory for concessions and catering including supplies and equipment
- monitor in-house events and maintain contact with clients and staff to ensure success and address concerns
- coordinate activities and facilitate meetings with kitchen staff, catering staff, and service contractors for event fulfillment
- attend event and facility meetings supporting food and beverage elements
- direct staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures to ensure passing health inspections
- handle cash and credit cards in adherence to policies
- prepare and maintain accurate records for pre-event planning, cost estimates, client requests, billable charges, service orders, and billing
- operate integrated point of sales system including sales processing and report generation
- design or assist in digital content for venue displays related to point of sales and sponsor activations
- act as department manager or manager on duty for various events
- assist Director of Food & Beverage with cost analysis and reporting
- manage payroll and labor costs
- perform other duties as assigned
