Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of food and beverage management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with food and beverage software such as Micros Symphony preferred
  • ServSafe certification required within 90 days if not currently certified
  • ability to manage budgets and develop menus
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • experience working in fast-paced, high-end hospitality settings

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • three or more years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • preferred Marriott food and beverage management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience with Micros Symphony preferred
  • understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
  • oversee budgeting and financial management related to food and beverage
  • develop and update menus to meet guest preferences and trends
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards
  • manage inventory control and ordering procedures
  • lead, train, and motivate food and beverage team members
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
