Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
  • management experience preferred
  • valid food handler's license
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Manage and lead food and beverage staff with excellence
  • schedule and train team members
  • maintain employee records including attendance and performance
  • oversee labor needs and staffing levels
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and certification requirements
  • maintain high standards of quality control and cleanliness
  • assist with inventory and ordering supplies
  • prepare and review food and beverage budget and cost control reports
  • implement and monitor internal controls
  • develop and enforce standard beverage recipes
  • verify accuracy of guest charges and account postings
  • communicate effectively with guests to resolve issues promptly
  • ensure confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with guests
  • coordinate operations with other hotel departments
  • assume additional duties as necessary
