Job Requirements

- previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry
- management experience preferred
- valid food handler's license

Job Duties
- Manage and lead food and beverage staff with excellence
- schedule and train team members
- maintain employee records including attendance and performance
- oversee labor needs and staffing levels
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards and certification requirements
- maintain high standards of quality control and cleanliness
- assist with inventory and ordering supplies
- prepare and review food and beverage budget and cost control reports
- implement and monitor internal controls
- develop and enforce standard beverage recipes
- verify accuracy of guest charges and account postings
- communicate effectively with guests to resolve issues promptly
- ensure confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with guests
- coordinate operations with other hotel departments
- assume additional duties as necessary
