- Experience in food and beverage management preferably in a private club or upscale dining environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and conflict resolution

Job Duties
- Plan dining room set-up based on anticipated guest counts
- Handle reservations to maintain smooth dining experiences
- Supervise and train dining room staff
- Conduct pre-meal meetings to relay daily service information
- Inspect staff uniforms and resolve complaints
- Manage payroll and inventory
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu and beverage promotions
