Job Requirements

  • Experience in food and beverage management preferably in a private club or upscale dining environment
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and conflict resolution

  • Flexibility to work varying shifts within business hours

Job Duties

  • Plan dining room set-up based on anticipated guest counts
  • Handle reservations to maintain smooth dining experiences
  • Supervise and train dining room staff
  • Conduct pre-meal meetings to relay daily service information
  • Inspect staff uniforms and resolve complaints
  • Manage payroll and inventory
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu and beverage promotions
