- Leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Take ownership of food and beverage programs such as fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, and catering
- Drive food service sales and meet performance goals focusing on quality and consistency
- Monitor market trends and collaborate with peers to optimize results
- Act as the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build skills and motivate customer service excellence
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant food service area
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and equipment maintenance
