Job Requirements
- Food safety certification
- Alcoholic beverage certification
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
- Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform continuous repetitive motions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work inside and outside under various weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Experience with POS systems preferably Jonas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements and payroll reporting

- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Job Duties
- Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures
- Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
- Maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours
- Provides food and beverage service according to club's standards
- Resolves member/guest opportunities with strong and timely problem resolution
