Job Requirements
- University/College Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple food and beverage venues
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Service oriented mindset
- Understanding of brand standards and quality assurance
Job Qualifications
- University/College Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience required
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous leadership experience required (minimum 3 years)
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
- Knowledge of local food and beverage market is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Managing operations of the Food and Beverage venues and ensuring consistent exceptional customer service
- Support all the food and beverage outlets at the property
