Job Duties

  • ensure each guest receives outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest
  • maintain outstanding standards and solid product knowledge
  • ensure guest satisfaction scores meet or exceed goals
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with associates to promote a positive environment
  • analyze and monitor operational reports and financial statements
  • perform special projects as assigned
  • plan and execute hotel-sponsored events
  • taste food and beverage products to ensure quality and consistency
  • market ideas and promotions within the department
  • monitor point of sale systems and cashier procedures
  • perform job responsibilities of associates as needed
  • handle manager on duty responsibilities
  • control the flow of customers and front-to-back-of-house interactions
  • ensure team members maintain brand standards and customer service levels

  • manage outlet scheduling and payroll
  • organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
