Job Requirements
- Willingness to work long hours during the Waterpark season including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to commute or relocate to Baytown TX
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Availability for day shifts required night shifts preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department including menu planning food preparation and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper food handling and storage procedures
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
- Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
