Job Requirements

  • Willingness to work long hours during the Waterpark season including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Baytown TX
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Availability for day shifts required night shifts preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary principles
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department including menu planning food preparation and service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
  • Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions
  • Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
