Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of food and beverage leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of service standards and food and beverage operations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team motivation abilities
  • ServSafe and BASSET certifications or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of food and beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of service standards, food and beverage operations, and P&L management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • ServSafe and BASSET certifications (or ability to obtain in 30 days)
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet/room service operations
  • Hire, train, and develop front-of-house associates, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, budgets, and cost controls to meet financial goals
  • Partner with culinary and sales teams to execute special events, menus, and promotions
  • Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local codes and brand requirements
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, creating memorable experiences
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and revenue growth
