- Minimum 2-3 years of food and beverage leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of service standards and food and beverage operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership and team motivation abilities
- ServSafe and BASSET certifications or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of service standards, food and beverage operations, and P&L management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- ServSafe and BASSET certifications (or ability to obtain in 30 days)
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant, bar, and banquet/room service operations
- Hire, train, and develop front-of-house associates, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction
- Manage scheduling, budgets, and cost controls to meet financial goals
- Partner with culinary and sales teams to execute special events, menus, and promotions
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local codes and brand requirements
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care, creating memorable experiences
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and revenue growth
