Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
- complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
- inspire and support staff to deliver exceptional service
- assist servers during busy periods by running food and bussing tables
- ensure guests depart with memorable experiences
- provide leadership and clear communication to the team
- maintain high standards of luxury service and operational efficiency
