Job Requirements

  • strong business and financial management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
  • complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
  • inspire and support staff to deliver exceptional service
  • assist servers during busy periods by running food and bussing tables
  • ensure guests depart with memorable experiences
  • provide leadership and clear communication to the team
  • maintain high standards of luxury service and operational efficiency
