- Passion for both food and beverage industry
- Ability to train others to provide high-level service
- Experience managing financial aspects of the business
Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
- Support servers by running food and bussing tables during busy periods
- Manage and inspire staff to perform at an unparalleled level
- Ensure guests depart with memorable experiences
- Oversee staff support and confidence to maintain high performance
- Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver seamless service
