  • Proven leadership abilities managing large teams
  • Advanced understanding of food, beverage, and luxury service
  • Passion for both food and beverage industry
  • Ability to train others to provide high-level service
  • Experience managing financial aspects of the business

Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
  • Support servers by running food and bussing tables during busy periods
  • Manage and inspire staff to perform at an unparalleled level
  • Ensure guests depart with memorable experiences
  • Oversee staff support and confidence to maintain high performance
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver seamless service
