Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 plus years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title
- experience within luxury brand or markets preferred
- food safety certification preferred or attained within 30 days

Job Duties
- Supervises daily shift operations
- ensures Grand Performers comply with appearance standards
- schedule's dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners
- inspects kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met
- requisitions and inspects food, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure quality standards are met
- ensures compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
- maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas
- acts as the guest service role model for the restaurant and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations
- assists servers on the floor during meal periods
- clears and resets counters or tables after each course when needed
- assists dining room servers in food and beverage service, sets tables, serves guests as directed by the server, keeps menus clean, and maintains clean table between servings and menu knowledge
- assists with providing tables with beverages
- removes soiled linens and replaces them with clean linens
- transports dirty dishes to the dishwashing station
- polishes silver and glass as needed
- presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and beverage
- seats guests in the dining room
- explains, pairs and recommends wine from the wine list
- serves food and beverage in a genuine, friendly, professional, and efficient manner consistent with the Kessler image and standards
- relays orders to the kitchen through POS and helps serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- totals bill and accepts payment when needed
- proficiently utilizes property management systems and follows cash handling procedures
- sets up bar and dining room thoroughly and swiftly
- empowers Grand Performers to provide excellent customer service
- ensures staff understands local, state, and Federal liquor laws
- monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws
- ensures point of sale operations and cash handling practices follow standard operating procedures
- edits work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
- assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote operation efficiency
