Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience
- experience in hotel or resort settings preferred
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- servsafe certification required within 90 days if not currently certified
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- marriott food and beverage experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- micros symphony experience preferred
- understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- servsafe certification is a plus with required completion within 90 days if not certified
Job Duties
- manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
- oversee budgets and financial performance
- ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- develop and implement creative and appealing menus
- manage inventory and ordering procedures
- lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team
- maintain compliance with health and safety standards
