Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience
  • experience in hotel or resort settings preferred
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • servsafe certification required within 90 days if not currently certified

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • marriott food and beverage experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • micros symphony experience preferred
  • understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • servsafe certification is a plus with required completion within 90 days if not certified

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
  • oversee budgets and financial performance
  • ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • develop and implement creative and appealing menus
  • manage inventory and ordering procedures
  • lead, train, and motivate the food and beverage team
  • maintain compliance with health and safety standards
