Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality roles
- comprehensive understanding of FOH and BOH operations
- ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
- adept at staff scheduling and labor law compliance
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- capability to manage multiple outlets and large teams
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a food and beverage manager or in a similar role
- strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry standards
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- flexible and hands-on approach to leadership
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant and outlet operations with full FOH and BOH accountability ensuring compliance with all standards policies and procedures
- maintain operating budgets monitor P and L results food and beverage costs controllables and labor to meet financial targets
- control outlet costs through effective purchasing inventory oversight waste reduction and labor management aligned with demand patterns and labor laws
- maintain accurate daily and weekly punch details for service staff process daily sales reports cost reports and other operational reporting as requested
- analyze operational data evaluate results and implement solutions to improve efficiency profit and service quality
- collaborate with senior leadership on menu planning portioning production needs and recipe consistency
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Events Marketing and Sales to support promotions special programs and property-wide initiatives
