Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent leadership and communication abilities
- prior food and beverage management experience
- knowledge of budget development and financial management
- capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team
- willingness to comply with health and safety standards
- servsafe certification required within 90 days if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- marriott food and beverage management experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- micros symphony experience preferred
- understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- servsafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
- develop and manage budgets
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- create and update menus
- oversee inventory management and ordering procedures
- lead and motivate food and beverage team
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
