Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • prior food and beverage management experience
  • knowledge of budget development and financial management
  • capacity to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • willingness to comply with health and safety standards
  • servsafe certification required within 90 days if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • marriott food and beverage management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • micros symphony experience preferred
  • understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • servsafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations
  • develop and manage budgets
  • ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • create and update menus
  • oversee inventory management and ordering procedures
  • lead and motivate food and beverage team
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
