Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of bartending or mixology experience
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
  • adherence to dress and grooming standards
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a mixologist or bartender in a high-end hospitality environment
  • strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage trends
  • excellent leadership and team development skills
  • effective communication and guest service abilities
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • understanding of inventory management and cost control
  • familiarity with upscale beverage presentation standards

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with friendly, professional hospitality
  • craft exceptional cocktails and ensure beverage quality
  • lead daily floor presence and support during service across outlets
  • conduct real-time coaching, service reinforcement, and guest engagement
  • oversee training execution for servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • manage inventory awareness, waste reduction, and labor efficiency
  • support upselling initiatives and ensure adherence to brand standards
