Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of bartending or mixology experience
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
- adherence to dress and grooming standards
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide guests with friendly, professional hospitality
- craft exceptional cocktails and ensure beverage quality
- lead daily floor presence and support during service across outlets
- conduct real-time coaching, service reinforcement, and guest engagement
- oversee training execution for servers, hosts, and bartenders
- manage inventory awareness, waste reduction, and labor efficiency
- support upselling initiatives and ensure adherence to brand standards
