Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Three years management experience in casual dining or high-volume food and beverage outlet
  • Excellent written, verbal and group presentation communication skills
  • Effective leadership techniques, program/system planning, decision making, staff development, statistical reporting/analysis and cost-benefit analysis skills
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • TAM work card
  • Health work card
  • Non-Gaming work card
  • Ability to walk, continuously stand and work indoors more than 75 percent of the time
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, bend and kneel up to 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to use chemical agents and wear protective equipment less than 25 percent of the time
  • Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 20 pounds
  • Hearing, vision, speech and literacy skills critical
  • Ability to work in smoky, noisy environments and hot or cold temperatures

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, schedule, develop, and discipline management and line-level staff to maintain standards
  • Oversee and maintain service standards, addressing any deficiencies
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure outstanding guest service and manage complaints
  • Evaluate processes and implement improvements for efficiency and service enhancement
  • Review financial reports including profit and loss statements and payroll to meet budget targets
  • Ensure management adherence to company policies, procedures, and culinary contract agreements
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of venues and equipment
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
