Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 plus years of hotel restaurant experience
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • knowledge of food and beverage trends as well as industry best practices
  • familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience
  • monitor and maintain inventory levels ordering supplies as necessary
  • implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize service efficiency and productivity
  • recruit train schedule supervise and mentor restaurant staff including servers bartenders and support personnel
  • assist in the design and implementation of training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction
  • supervise the bar and lounge areas including staffing inventory control and quality of service
  • assist in the development of beverage menus ensuring they align with current trends and guest preferences
  • foster a culture of exceptional customer service setting the standard for staff interactions with guests
  • handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
  • labor scheduling controls
