Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • six months to one year of related experience and/or training
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
  • ability to read and speak English may be required
  • regular and reliable attendance
  • ability to stand, walk, talk or hear frequently
  • occasional sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • able to work in wet or humid (non-weather) conditions occasionally

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manages daily food and beverage operations
  • supervises inventories of materials and supplies
  • maintains communication with Director of Golf and Department Leaders
  • inspects facility and equipment regularly
  • completes production reports and requisitions
  • implements menu design and pricing
  • ensures sanitation standards
  • coordinates menu planning with Executive Chef
  • develops supplier relationships
  • interviews and trains staff
  • manages team performance
  • develops ongoing training programs
  • monitors business volume and plans manpower and expenses
  • enforces safe work practices
  • maintains regular attendance
