- Advanced understanding of food, beverage, and luxury service
- Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of food and beverage experiences
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure proper restaurant business function
- Inspire and support staff to deliver exceptional service
- Assist servers, run food, and bus tables during busy periods
- Ensure guests depart with memorable experiences
- Provide leadership that supports staff confidence and performance
- Oversee financial management of the food and beverage department
