Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event food service operations to ensure a welcoming, high-quality experience
  • maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and guest service
  • develop and implement operating procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency across shifts
  • monitor dining room, kitchen, and bar workflow to support smooth service
  • recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • promote a positive, collaborative, resident-focused team culture
  • provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure service excellence
  • ensure staffing levels meet seasonal and event demands
  • build strong relationships with guests
  • address service issues or complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • support community events, holiday functions, and special dining programs
  • manage food and labor budgets
  • monitor costs and revenue performance
  • oversee inventory management, purchasing, and vendor relationships
  • assist with menu planning and pricing in collaboration with culinary leadership
  • complete required reporting and administrative documentation
  • ensure compliance with state/local health codes, alcohol service laws, and food safety regulations
  • maintain a clean, organized dining and kitchen environment
  • implement and monitor safety and sanitation protocols
