Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the café and ensure consistent service standards
- Partner with team members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants and Director of Operations on quality assurance, team building, and achieving operational goals
- Communicate important updates clearly and positively to keep the team connected and coordinate with other departments
- Monitor purchases, track inventories, manage budgets, and control beverage costs to ensure financial accountability
- Support and guide team through required training programs including service, safety, and allergen awareness
- Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews while mentoring supervisors and team members to foster a guest-focused culture
